TOAST

Roasted Fig: PBS bread, fig jam, roast beef, pear, balsamic glaze, thyme 

GRILLED SANDWICH

Roast Beef + Pico: PSB bread, roast beef, cotija cheese, pico de gallo {tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime, salt}, lime mayo

SOUP

Curry Chicken Chili (GF*): Olive oil, onion, carrot, orange bell pepper, red curry paste, tomato paste, garlic confit, salt, pepper, curry powder, chili powder, ginger, brown sugar, crushed tomato, coconut milk, veggie stock, lemon juice, chicken, chickpeas, cannellini beans. Garnished with unsalted roasted peanuts, green onions, and a lemon wedge.

Reuben (GF*): Onion, celery, garlic confit, butter, corned beef, vegetable stock, sauerkraut, salt, pepper, dill, caraway, ground mustard, and heavy cream. Garnished with swiss cheese and dill pickles.

PIZZA – Oh, Honey: PSB Pizza crust, PSB pizza sauce, red pepper flakes, mozzarella, bacon, and honey red pepper drizzled on top.
