The Northwest Arts Center presents ‘The Space In Between’ an exhibition by Nebraska artist and All Media 2022 Best of Show recipient Donald Robson, on view in the Northwest Arts Center’s Walter Piehl Gallery from October 10 until November 23, 2024.

Don Robson is a professor of art and chairman of the art department at Concordia University, Nebraska. He holds his Master of Fine Arts degree from Wichita State University and his Master of Teaching from the University of Central Missouri. Robson is an accomplished and published artist who has exhibited work in juried competitions, solo and group shows and has work in galleries, museums and private collections across the country.

‘The Space In Between,’ also known as the ‘Ma’ in Japanese, refers to the gap or emptiness that exists between objects, situations, or relationships. Exploring themes of depression, loss, longing, and acceptance, Robson’s work allows him to find peace with the plight and condition of people he knows and doesn’t know.
