Howdy folks,
This little frontier town’s got a few interestin’ happenings brewin’ today that might just whet yer whistle. First off, that new-fangled saloon they call Magic City Hoagies is offerin’ up a mighty curious sandwich dubbed the “Taco Grinder.” From what I hear, it’s a tasty union of hoagie and Mexican fare – ham or turkey topped with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomaters, black olives, jalapeños, taco sauce, cheddar, and even taco chips! They’ve got my curiosity piqued, that’s fer sure.
But the real shindig tonight is over at the Blue Rider, where they’re raisin’ funds for some arty project called the Union Silos. That bartender Cole Krueger will be servin’ up the hard stuff while a feller named Tim Baumann tickles the ivories with his accordion. Sounds like a real toe-tappin’ good time to me! Whether yer hittin’ the hoagie joint or the Blue Rider, there’s plenty of grub and grog to keep a cowpoke satisfied in this here town today.
