Who said a grilled cheese is kid food? Well, not when it comes of the kitchen at the Big Dog Saloon. But you’ll have to know to ask for it, because you won’t find it on the menu. It’s Texas toast, bacon, tomato, and, of course, the star of the show. Shh, it’s a secret.
Pictured above with fried pickles, but if you ask nicely we can probably swap those out for whatever you prefer 🙂
