Now, if you’re more the artsy type, mosey on down to Prairie Sky Breads. They’re wrappin’ up NOTSTOCK with a regular hoedown – posters, pizza, and some fancy tunes from out-of-town troubadours. And seein’ as it’s National Pecan Cookie Day, I’d wager there might be a sweet treat or two in the offing. So saddle up, partners. Minot’s the place to be, and that’s a fact.
